Lifetime technical assistance, available 24 hours a day
Our customer service department promises that whenever the equipment is unavailable for any reason, smooth operation will be returned first, followed by the study of responsibility. We will be responsible for all costs spent within the warranty period, including but not limited to material and labor costs. -
Pre-sales training
We provide maintenance and operation training for customers without charge, with no cap on the number of people and times, in order to assure that they are able to individually operate and maintain the equipment. The training venue, materials and accommodation will be free of charge throughout the training time so that the staff from customer side can master the equipment principles, operation and maintenance skills.

After-sales training
We will dispatch a team consisting of engineer, technician and maintenance personnel to customer's site for on-site training, technical exchange, explanation and demonstration of the equipment operation. We will follow up with the customer's pre-installation and on-site usage until they are satisfied.
